The Lore of Mycenria and the Rectors Archives
In this world people, those who manifest it, have access to what they call Lore.
Air, Earth, Fire, Water, Time, Stone and Healing for a total of seven.
Healing is special, as is Stone. Only use able by Shamans and Stone Lorists repectfully. All the other elements can be utilized by the other Lores. These being, Alchemy, Nature Lore and the Seers. Out of each of these, they are more powerful with certain elements. Fire for Alchemy, Time for Seers and Earth for the Nature Lorists.
There are other sects throughout the world, all with their own nuances. But the main school, the Helin Lores, is the one that is most renowned.
These schools have access to what are called Artefacts, creations of Lore that can increase a persons power in certain elements. Or help create certain functions, such as light, or illusions. Some are good, and some are evil. But all share a common problem. The way in which to create them has been lost and forgotten. Most of the ones that the schools still possess now unusable.
